The carriers forgot a piece. Things happen, the way Eric handled it was not professional. Said we were responsible for this. Threatened if I continued to seek his assistance with this, he would not delivery pieces he had. We offered to split the shipment with him for the left piece his half $25. His carriers did not get any paperwork singed or show POD, he wanted payment immediately. He feels its my responsibility to make sure his carriers do their job unless it's holding up his funds.
