Carrier had issues following stated directions that were in the listing and reviewed before and after booking. I am not sure if this was the driver or booking party's fault. Attempted to pickup when closed, missed schedule pickup with no phone call, did not make it before closing. We met at the shop after hours, if we didn't they said they would cancel rather than try to make it work. No paperwork signed as requested. Items did arrive safe and in time frame. Would use again if issues were fixed.

Went above and beyond on this shipment! Our customer did not let us know that they lived off a 10 mile dirt road, but the carrier made it all work for us without any issue. Super professional and nice. Would gladly do business with again! Thank you again for going above and beyond on this one.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately the carrier did not pick up on original agreed upon pickup dates. It now seems that he maybe over booked and cannot fit the shipment. While the carrier has tried to work with me on pickup I have not gotten an exact pickup date or time from him, which I understand is tough because he has other loads. Sadly the receiving customer wants some firm dates on pickup and delivery and we cannot give them to her at this time. Maurice has communicated with us throughout the processes and

Handled our handmade table set with care. Wrapped each item. They were willing to work with a difficult customer on the receiving end, which requested extra service at delivery. Royal Shipping kept her happy, even though they did not need to. We really appreciate it and it made our lives much easier.
