After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We are no longer able to complete this order since the customer was disrespectful to our driver.

Carrier was attempting to cancel and work out of uShip. When we told them we felt uncomfortable with that and if canceled explained we would leave a poor review, he became aggressive and called us names. We did hang up the phone. I am sorry if he felt that was disrespectful, but we did not feel like being talked down to any further. If you look at his other review with us our story checks out as this was before our conversation via phone.

Carrier could not fit our items they had booked, we agreed for them to take one item they booked with us and that we would book the others through someone else.

A rare find on uShip! Hostetler Transport is legit! They keep correct paperwork, logs, and run legally, which is a rare find on this platform. Time communicated well, had everything he needed, and delivered in a timely manner. We would for sure use again!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After putting our business hours in the listing and asking carrier if our business hours worked before booking. On the phone he admitted he did not read this info. He missed first pickup. When asked when new pickup would be and if there would be further delays. He informed us we are the reason for the delay, because we are not being flexible. I attempted to call to work things out carrier said texted that he would call back in 15 minutes. We never received any further communication.
