We had some issues with this shipment which I feel like were my receiving end customers fault. Prize Trucking worked with me directly to figured out a solution with a difficult situation.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We expressed our concerns about some of the negative reviews on this profile before booking. We were told all the negative reviews were because one of their trucks went down and that all had been fixed and that they are back on track. Sadly this does not seem to be the case. We were giving excuse after excuse on why pickup was not happening. Very happy this carrier did not have our stuff. It would be hard to explain this behavior to our customers.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Unfortunately the bad reviews on this profiles seem pretty believable after my experience. Pickup never happened, it was always an excuse after an excuse. I gave this company an out early on and offered to book with another carrier to avoid delays. Sadly they kept telling me they could make it until 2 hours before my deadline with them when they tried to provide another excuse to pickup on a later date. They could never give a date or time for pickup.

Jamie was great to deal with. He was prompt to answer text. Got our item to delivery quickly and safely. He is one of the rare good finds on this platform. He is legit, insured, and ships legally which is hard to find on this platform. He was more than willing to share all of his company info with us.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped This cancelation is totally on our end. Receiving customer had issues we could not resolve before pickup. Carrier was super kind and understanding. I hope to use them in the future.

Carrier had issues following stated directions that were in the listing and reviewed before and after booking. I am not sure if this was the driver or booking party's fault. Attempted to pickup when closed, missed schedule pickup with no phone call, did not make it before closing. We met at the shop after hours, if we didn't they said they would cancel rather than try to make it work. No paperwork signed as requested. Items did arrive safe and in time frame. Would use again if issues were fixed.
