This carrier was great! Great communication and worked with us on this shipment. He was a little afraid the item was too big, but worked with us to make everything work. I would for sure use again! Very nice guy and very professional.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved With business hours posted and checking in with the carrier before accepting, pickup was going to fall outside of business hours. The carrier could not give an ETA, he noted that other shipments were more important than ours, and seemed frustrated with business hours and were going to stick by them. We tried to work with the carrier but he made comments that made us feel uncomfortable shipping with him and threaten to blast us if we left feedback. He did not feel like anything was his fault.

He felt this was not his fault and blamed other shipments before ours. I personally thought we had a solution to meet the next day, until he made remarks that left us uncomfortable shipping with him.
