A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved One of our trucks was T-boned in South Carolina due to a distracted driver messing around on her phone. We know this because that's what she said happened. This caused a leak in a fuel line on the truck and so we are unable to pick up the items in this delivery. This is the only time we have ever requested a cancellation and we are incredibly sorry for this happening but it's outside of our control. We have to wait for a part to be received and installed before the truck can be used again. The d

While I know the carrier dealt with staffing issues during this delivery I really wish it was handled differently. Communication was lacking, until uShip was brought in to mediate. His frustrations with his situation were taken out on us the shipper even though we were understanding and trying to work with them. The items were delivered with care which we do appreciate and the carrier did apologize which we appreciate as well. Once this company is staffed back up they would be great to use.
