Overbooked for pickup, could only take 1 of several large shipments. Wanted us to hold items till they returned. We agreed on cancellation in person but after we received several text saying they would not agree to the cancellation. uShip stepped in and canceled those. They did well with the shipment they took, just caused a lot of work for us, with rebooking, and then the ongoing situation with canceling.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately this carrier reached out prior to booking to explain his current feedback score and then we experienced most of the same issues these past customers faced. We explained our business hours multiple times, and even offered to stay late one evening, but we still could not make it work with this carrier. We had to reach out for updates. The story and times constantly changed. After trying to make this work for two days we need to find another option. Sadly situations like this do

I would review this companies negative reviews before booking. There are a lot of trends that are very true. Lack of communication, lack of organization, and lack of professionalism. Eric who runs this account does not actually do the shipping. He is very hard to deal with, only communicates when it benefits him. He only cares about money and not satisfaction of his customers. The carriers themselves lacked supplies and knowledge about items, lost paperwork, did not send proof of delivery.
