I no longer need my item(s) shipped Unfortunately auto booking was still setup with this carrier, which it should not be. We did not have a chance to review the offer before it was automatically accepted. This shipment was already booked and not available.

The way the carrier handled himself was not acceptable. Delivery was extremely delayed. While dealing with this carrier I was cussed at, insulted, had my business insulted, not communicated with when issues occurred, and blamed for his account being held, when uShip clearly stated it was not my shipment causing this. The carrier constantly said they could not reach my customer, but could not show proof of this, my customer showed several responses he made via email and attempts to call.

Had some truck issues but was super professional about the situation. Our customers had no complaints even with the longer wait time. This was due to his great communication. We get that things happen and this carrier handled everything the right way.
