The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Carrier rescheduled initial pickup,texted the morning of pickup saying he was no longer able to pickup because of an accident. It then took a lot of back and forth with the carrier to get him to cancel. Accused us of being snarky and having bad vibes. We feel like if the carrier took as much time trying to resolve this instead of reading into our emotions it would have been handled quicker. When equipment breaks or issues happen as a business we make things right, these guys leave you hanging.

Sadly our items were damaged, proper steps were not taken at delivery, and there was a lot of confusion throughout the shipping process. We were not speaking directly to the driver, several times the pickup end was called when they thought they were contacting the delivery end. Paperwork was lost during transport. Not patient about payment when we were trying to figure out the damages. Did not report damages to us initially. They were nice, but it caused a headache while we were closed. Response from rightwaytransport407llc: i been in communication with both you and the customer and although there was a small damage to the table i offered to compensate the customer but she stated it was not a big deal and that she was happy at the end of the day we work hard to make sure we can deliver all items safely ans im sorry you feel this way but it was handled professionally
