After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer i was 49 mins away from pick up within business hours and he decided to cancel the shipment that is not fare when i have drove all day 600 miles for nothing and then lie to uship about how i was threatening him and saying things that i did not very unprofessional i have contacted the initial delivery person and they also agree that they are very unprofessional of not keeping there word

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Left to start pickups Sunday evening. Got to going and my daughter looked out and saw trailer roof was peeling back. Trailer will be down for over a week getting fixed and unable to purchase another right now cause covid has dealers out in my area. So they have to be speacial ordered in.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time While I totally understand this carrier had a breakdown, the communication has been very poor. Every time an update was given, it took us reaching out first, sometimes several times before a response. We requested that he cancel if he was not going to be able to pickup, this was not done. Nothing was done to try to work with us on this shipment, when issues arose. As a business if you are having issues, you should do everything you can to try and communicate and make things right. Carrier was very late for pickup, did not act like this was a big deal and said it is common in his field. Missed scheduled drop off time that he created with the receiving customer. He then just left it on their porch. Promised reimbursement for late pickup and delivery. We never got it. Very hard to communicate with. Uship had to step in several times. Does not feel like uShip should be involved with issues, and got very aggravated when they got involved. Beware of this company.

Beware of this company. It took uShip stepping in several times, and still no resolution was met. This company stopped communicating with us and uShip, after making several promises to reimburse us and make things right. This company acts much bigger than it is, with a fancy website, communication service, and fancy job titles, in reality it is one guy running the whole show. I would stay far away from this carrier.

Super professional, and very easy to work with. I know they are new to uShip, but they are very qualified and professional, you can tell they know what they are doing. I would trust them with any of our furniture pieces in the future.
