We have previously emptied the house and have a single garage full of household items. Sofa, Outside furniture, queen bed, small workbench and tool box, bike, baby items, snow board, TV's Computer items, Desk(small), 6 boxes, painting, garden tools, 2 nightstands, bookshelf. Odds and Ends...I don't have dimensions on anything It is approximately a single garage full.  

Unit comes apart into 3 sections. There will be manpower to help with loading and unloading at both locations.  

Customer requests delivery on or after June 8th. Old table, must be handled with care. Pickup at my business, I can help load. Deliver to my customer's residence. You must be able to deliver unassisted. Good communication at PU and drop-off is expected. Must sign BOL and send picture of signed BOL at delivery. Happy to answer questions. Thank you!  

No need for anything special in terms of wrapping, Palleting or anything like that.  

The picture of the bed is illustrative. The footboard will be less than half that size but the headboard will be the same. The picture of the mantle shows it on top of a workbench, which is NOT being shipped (just the mantle). I do not have pictures of the small shelves. I am also estimating the weights.

Loading dock availability is unknown. You must contact the pickup and delivery locations at least 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm the arrival window (customers may be available sooner upon contact). Customers may be contacted between 7:30am-8:30pm based on the customer's time zone. White Glove delivery at delivery location, inside delivery, room of choice, removal of debris and light assembly if needed. Two desks pictured (desks only, no contents). Top struts and bottom shelves will be taken off but included in shipment. Needs to be moved through 2 standard doorways, further disassembly may be required.

The top lifts off the base which makes packing and delivery very simple.

The max that I am willing to pay for this shipment is $300. At pick-up there is a person that can help to load the pieces. Pick-up can not be on the weekend of the October 20-21. On Monday 22nd pick-up can happen, but there won't be anyone that can help load the pieces. Would have a preference for pieces to be picked up before the weekend so tomorrow (october 18 or 19), but otherwise after weekend would work great as well. Delivery can be done any time, and there will be someone to help unload. These are big rustic pieces, an old table/workbench and a double sided sideboard (see picture).  

Driveway pick up.  

Pick up location is commercial and delivery location is residential. The top comes off the workbench for easy loading and unloading. It is metal with a butcher block top and does not require blanket wrap. The cedar chest is refinished and will require a good wrap. Loading and unloading help will be available if needed.  

Need to transport a queen sized bed frame, 72 in. Fold-Out Wood Workbench, 8x10 area Rug, boxes of clothes and kitchenware

This is a business and they can only accept the package during business hours of 9-5 M-F  

The workbench is disassembled and will be fine with or without blanket wrap. Both the pick up and delivery locations are residential with no stairs.  

**PLEASE CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ THESE DETAILS IN BID**: Pickup is between 10:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Carrier will need to give 24 hours notice to warehouse before pick-up, so item can be prepared. Pickup is from a warehouse, ground level, no loading dock. Shipment must be completed in box truck or with enclosed trailer. You must bring proper materials to ensure item will be transported safely. We do NOT provide additional help for the loading or unloading of items at pickup or delivery. Threshold delivery .Upon booking, you will be sent more details on working with EBTH. Delivery customers should only be contacted between the hours of 7:30 AM- 8:30 PM based on the delivery address' local timezone. Please check our account for multiple loads you could possible consolidate from the same warehouse. All weights are estimated.
