**FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY THIS SUNDAY 10/27 IF POSSIBLE******* I have no idea on the weight, sorry! But likely extremely heavy and will need a minimum of 3 movers. Set includes dresser, armoire, 2 nightstands, mirror, and a queen-sized headboard, each blanket wrapped please. Pick up at ground level condo, delivery to 2nd floor bedroom residential. Any questions (or if you need exact dimensions on all pieces) please ask!  

Weights are estimated. Items are ivory in color pictures from catalog. Armoire only will go upstairs. Call 30 minutes before pickup and delivery.  

 

 

SHIPPERS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS BEFORE YOU GIVE US A QUOTE: The armoire is in two pieces and we will have each piece shrunk-wrapped for you. The weight and height on the listing is if you would move it as one piece which is not necessary. For the statue, it is not cement and also in two pieces. Each piece of the statue will be boxes for shipping. The base is 22" high. The rest of the height is for the sitting statue. Again each piece will be bubble wrapped and in a their own box. The wood mantle is self-explanatory. We are also very flexible on timing. Thank you  

Item located on second floor of home. Will need a COI for delivery destination. Destination has freight elevator that can be used (no steps).  

I purchased the armoire on Facebook market place. The owner wants to meet at the parking lot of Albertsons in Ladera Ranch, Ca 92694 Address; 27702 Crown Valley Parkway , Ste B, Ladera Ranch, Ca 92694 The sellers name is Tanya Presser . We need a precise time for her to meet so I can let her know. I want it to be shipped and set up in my house in El Cajon.  

Will drop of a the maintenance department at the address. No stairs at both ends.  

REQUIREMENTS: 1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery 4. Within 24 hrs - Contact pickup and delivery locations to confirm booking 2. Within 24-48 hrs - Contact delivery location prior to appointment to provide arrival notice 3. The crown, doors and shelf are removed and separate as shown in photo. Each door weighs 39 lbs. Total weight with all the pieces is approx 180 lbs.  

 

 

FRAGILE  

The armoire is not terribly heavy and is in the garage for easy loading. We would be happy to help. Please note: it is to be brought into a house at delivery. It is a ground floor, however there are two steps at the entrance. Thank you.  

Antique armoire breaks down into approximately 12 panels. There is help to load and unload at both locations.  

Blanket wrap. Enclosed vehicle. Two people . Call ahead for delivery. No tape on the item.
