The coffee table is 200 lbs but the top comes off so it is easier to carry - it is about 55 x 44; the sofa is 77' but it is 37" deep'. some photos appear above, ALSO includes a box that contains the bench seat cushion for the sofa

This table is painted wood/ not stone so it’s is light weight. Pick up is at the auction house . January 3( pick up time 10-4pm), Jan 4 (pick up time 10-2pm)

Table breaks down. Base comes off and can be flat. Easy piece to move.  

Table will be in wooden pallet, can be taken out at pickup but needs to be taken apart prior to delivery. Needs to be taken into home - single family house.

The table is in 2 pieces--a tray top and an iron base  

On the heavier side, might need 2 people to lift. Needs to be blanket wrapped  

 

Pick up at: 250 Westport Ave., Norwalk, CT 06851 Modany, December 23rd onwards (closed 12/24 + 12/25). Auction House open for pickup 9am-5pm, WEEKDAYS ONLY. *Auction house does not provide loading assistance or packing material. Item Dimensions: 15H x 54W x 32D  

 

Shipment to be picked up on Monday Dec 23 from furniture warehouse. Furniture will come boxed. Transport to clients home in St. Louis. Upon delivery, deliver furniture to room of choice, minor installment (putting the coffee table top on the coffee table etc), and package removal. Bed and 2 night stands will go to 2nd floor.  

Detailed pick-up instructions will be provided. Drop off is at residence (house)  

Delivery times M-F 9-5. Short flight of stairs at delivery location  

 

I will help to load and the customer will help unload.  

We are not available for pickup on weekends. Business house are from 10-5
