This is actually going to Bainbridge Island - 98110 zip code. It is the 6 pcs fireplace. No chair to deliver. Someone will help load and unload.  

You must pick up between the following: Friday & Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm; Sunday noon-4:00pm 6 dining chairs and 2 mirrored bedside dressers I will provide a copy of the receipt once selected. You will need to show it to pick up.  

The ottoman can be placed on top of any chairs .  

Call 2 day before pickup and 2 days before delivery.

1. Our budget is always the lowest price available from a highly rated shipper. 2. We are a business WITHOUT regular business hours so pickups and deliveries are by appointment only. We travel a lot so we need plenty of advance notice of pickup. Our normal business hours are Tues-Thurs from 12-4 pm (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY), but we are flexible as to days and times including weekends. Pickups and deliveries must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the day of pickup, AND then 60 minutes notice before actual pickup unless otherwise agreed. For immediate payment upon delivery, we will need you to have our customer call us during the delivery to confirm satisfactory delivery. Otherwise, payment will be released once we confirm delivery with our customer. No payments will be released until the delivery is 100% completed (we've had shippers demand payment before the delivery was made). Dates are usually flexible. By bidding on this item, you agree to these terms. We ship 100's of pieces every year and usually have other shipments going in the same direction so check with us to see if we have anything else going in your direction.

Please check out my other USHIP listings and see if that helps you any with combined shipping! I post up items near the date of sale so most listings will have an earliest pickup date, meaning I most likely will not have the item completed and ready for pickup much earlier than the earliest date given. ATTENTION: I can't accept any higher offer on this one, I normally ship these with via UPS ground rates for around $60.00 per box x2 boxes(4-chairs, willing to pay the $227.00 (plus another $30 in USHIP fees) to have this shipped completed to the customer with no assembly required, as would be through UPS ground in a box. ATTENTION: Professional, timely shipping is a must for our customers, they expect items to arrive in pristine condition. Please do not ask if table legs can come off or anything to be taken apart for any reason on any piece of our furniture, items are to arrive ready-to-use without damage, to our customers in a timely manner, thank you MUCH! I will be at pickup location and can help load if needed.
