Pickup from local furniture store, can help load on this end. Delivery ti customers home in Lansdale PA.

This is an Ethan Allen Bookcase/China Hutch Console--it is in two pieces (top and bottom) This is on the ground floor for easy pickup.  

Customer needs Bookcase brought into home and set up.  

Flat load. Will need two people. Does not come apart- one piece. Parking is at the REAR of pick-up address given.

There are 15 loose shelves that can just be stacked inside a furniture blanket. Shipment is not urgent. Local delivery not required; can pick-up at any facility in New York City metropolitan area.

Dates are flexible and dependent on customer purchase. Pick up during store hours, Thursday-Sunday. Often Wednesday can be arranged. Please don’t ask what the budget is, submit your true bid. Safe delivery is more important than cost. Only submitted bids will be considered. Please arrive with everything you need to lift and pack the item. Reviews will be taken into consideration.  

Pick up needs to be on Monday, September 23rd (flexible on delivery). Pick up from the garage on the ground floor of a suburban residential house with no stairs. Delivery is to the 3rd floor of an elevator building with no stairs in Brooklyn on a street that is easy to double park to unload--everyone does it--and I can help watch vehicle if need be. Bookcase is on wheels and rolls. Bookcase is very heavy and it does NOT disassemble. (A previous mover already tried to disassemble the square frame of the bookcase and was unable to do so.) This is a solid wood Drexel Studio bookcase from 1998. Weight estimate is approximate but this is heavier than most things made now. Delivery building with elevator does not require COI. Note: please double check that your van/transportation will fit this bookcase. The first mover I hired assumed incorrectly that he could angle it in with a tight squeeze, and it did not fit. I added a 3rd and 4th photo of the van that did not fit the bookcase.
