In the photo the large teak bookcase, not the small dark one. Please, no questions about budget. Submit your true bid. Looking for experienced movers who can deliver furniture without damage, not necessarily for cheapest proposal. Only submitted proposal will be considered. Reviews weigh heavily in consideration. Please arrive with supplies and manpower to remove item. No one is on site to assist. Pick up is during store hours, Thursday-Sunday 10:30 - 5:30. Often Wednesday can be arranged. Dates are flexible.  

Auction house : Pickup will be that following Friday (11/22) & Saturday (11/23) at our store from 10-6pm on Friday and 10-3 on Saturday. ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE OUT BY SATURDAY BY 3PM.  

It’s very large and heavy. Customer needs it carried up 18 steps also. Please see picture. Pickup before 11/22 3pm or after 11/25 9am or later. Customer will be out of the country on 11/21 - 12/4. Delivery can be before 11/21 or after 12/4.  

Listing is for 3 deliveries to different locations. Driver needs a total of 10 blankets to wrap the 5 pieces in full. I don't have a picture of the bookcase but it 63"H x 57"W x 11"D. Please note the warehouse willl NOT release these items unless you bring 10 blankets and shrink wrap. Shipping breakdown: - 1 bookcase to Dallas, TX - 1 rectangular mirror 65" long to Las Vegas - 1 chair 55" to Burbank CA  

 

*If you cannot follow the instructions below please do not accept our offer. -Shipment is a table, two benches, buffet, and bookcase measurements are the unit together. Send a question if measurements for each piece are needed. Will update pictures as completed. Benches not pictured but fit under table. -Pickup business hours are 11-4:30 M-F. This means items need to be loaded by 4:30. -Pickup location and delivery location need 24 hours notice before arrival. -Signed BOL and POD must be sent to to us for payment release. This means using the EBOL that uShip provides, or the paperwork we provide. Not gathering signatures or pictures may result in delay of payment release. -All items must be blanket wrapped by carrier. We apologize for the detailed instructions. We feel these instructions are standard, but typically not followed. A professional carrier likely already provides all of the above. We do not book with new carriers to the uShip platform. The lack of feedback makes it too risky. We ship 5-10 shipments a week and really enjoy working with repeat carriers.

Please have the blankets necessary to wrap and padding to make sure edges aren't dented.

They have forklift on site for loading, so no lift gate needed, but we would require this to be dismantled and brought inside our ground-floor commercial unit, which does not have any loading dock but large front doors. The  pallet size is 96 inches x 40 inches. The approximately dimensions of items, would be 25inches tall x 36 inches depth, 90 inches wide. The appropriate weight 1,035lbs. For delivery date, we'd ideally like this to be the week of 11/18 if possible. Pickup dates in TX are flexible.
