L Shaped Vanity with Uppers (4 pieces) + separate vanity with linen closet (2 pieces). Will be finished and ready to ship by the 16th.  

 

 

Pickup location has a LOADING DOCK and A RESERVED FREIGHT ELEVATOR. NO STAIRS. Approximately 1400 cubic feet of 25 sealed cardboard boxes (2 closets full) CONTAINING HOUSEHOLD ITEMS.  

 

Please schedule for the morning if possible.  

MAY be able to meet you with the item for PICK UP within 50 miles of listed location. Prefer inside delivery.  

Can be picked up daily from 7 - 7. Pick up and delivery is flexible, but delivery need be before 9/27/24.

Mattress is upstairs and heavy enough that one person can't carry it. I'm willing to help out. It is in a vacuum bag, but the bag never kept a seal. It should hold at the size specified for a couple of days and will slowly expand an inch or two. Right now, it has been in my closet for months with effectively no seal, and measures about 25 inches across. Items have no packaging.  

Closet on side can lay flat. Upper and lower separate.  

 

Chinese cabinet must be protected in heavy blankets will be going into garage second floor approx 12 stairs

Only one bedroom (with bathroom and closet included within the room) needs to be moved from my 2 bedroom apartment. There is not much furniture, but there is one small shelving unit (3 shelves) a desk, bedside table, and cubicle in the closet (about 9 cubes - on the smaller side and fits in small closet). No bed, just an air mattress! (lol). I am asking that my stuff be packed up as it is yet to be packed up in boxes. I don’t have too many fragile items, but I would love to communicate further about the few fragile/sentimental things that I would sincerely appreciate not breaking in the process:) My unit is on the 6th floor, but there is a large freight elevator located about 3 units away from mine (super close straight down a small hallway. Street parking is also located right outside of the elevator. I am happy to answer any additional questions that you may have, and I appreciate your time in taking a look at my listing!  

 

The shipment includes the following: 25 medium boxes, queen mattress & bedframe, large dissembled closet, disassembled book shelf, a small wine fridge, 5 large boxes, 5 small boxes, small-medium size dining table with two stools, a printer, a nightstand, small ottoman, large ottoman/ chair, 5 large suitcases and a few carry on suitcases included in the inventory  

Looking to move the following items for a move: 1 Queen Mattress 1 Closet Full of Clothes A few small misc belongings  

This shipment would fit in the tail end of a mini van, mostly clothes, small boxes, cast iron cook ware, and a computer. 6'x5'x3' approx space needed  

No full flights of stairs at either address.

The boxes are currently at a public storage unit in Van Nuys that is 5' x 5' and is not even full, as you can see in the picture. Nothing is really heavy, nothing too big either; it's mostly frames and boxes with personal items I need to ship back to Port Washington, NY. There is no rush at all to get them back to NY, but I need them out of storage by Thursday, 11/30 at the latest. Thank you
