Delivery location does have stairs, but customer can help lift the desk up the stairs. This is a customer order that needs to be delivered on time.

Auction house pickup no weekends  

This is already blanket wrapped. Easy access for loading.  

The desk is in a building of a church. Desk includes some lightweight accessories as shown, some panels. Pick up needs to be arrange. I'm open to communication via phone, texting, email.  

Will need to remove glass from table and wrap separately ( i can transport glass) Couch is fully modular. I will take apart before you arrive, i put specs for each piece of the modular couch. Property is house with all items on ground floor, destination is condo with unit on second floor. Travel is to Breckenridge (11hrs) before snowfall season (good road conditions). Please let me know any questions! I have small office desk 1.5ft depth, 3ft W, 2.5ft H that id like transported if possible.

L shaped desk comprised of two parts. Each part ships in its own box. Delivery would include placement into room of choice (up one flight of stairs), unbox/assembly of desk, and removal of packing materials.  

Vintage metal desk, will be wrapped in plastic  

The headboard is already wrapped. The desk has plastic on the bottom but needs a blanket wrap. The rug is rolled up and fine.
