Cheap Desk Shipping Services

1 box with Desk from Atlanta warehouse (10am-5pm Monday thru Friday) to our retail customer in Colorado. Need a shipper with good timing who can keep these safe and good price bid to our retail customer. It is ready for pickup asap monday-friday 10-5 and delivery can be arranged with our customer must travel safely. Looking for best bid.

Metal desk on caster wheels. Liftgate required at pickup but not at destination. Please notify prior to pickup and delivery to get prepared.  

Pick up person needs advance notice for scheduling.  

 

The shipment includes 16 moving bags (27'' x 14'' x 15''), 5 luggage bags (2 small, 2 medium, 1 big), one 60x30 computer desk, 1 book shelf, and 2 desktop monitors.  

Please blanket wrap the desk and chair. The dishes can be packaged in a box. Not necessary to double-wrap and double-box the dishes - just enough packing so that you can safely transport with minimal breakage. The blender and parts can also be blanket wrapped. Thanks!

- This is a new item that I’m trying to ship to Chicago still boxed even before opening it (desk is still unassembled inside the box). - All measures are the box measures - Please call in advanced so we can be prepared to receive item  

 

4 Deliveries -Carson City, NV 89703-1551 (parlor set) -Stockton, CA 95212 (Console Table) -Redwood City, Ca (Desk) - San Francisco (Sofa) All items are blanket and plastic wrapped before pickup. Please have blankets to trade out for those used. We use professional moving blankets. They are 72" x 80" or 65 lb per a dozen. If you don't have blankets you are welcome to buy ours for $6 each. We are always happy to help load. Please coordinate with us in a timely manner once shipping is booked.  

 

Listing is for 2 deliveries to different cities. First is 2 chairs 50" tall going to Chapell Hill, NC. Then 1 desk is 88" long x 36" w x 32"H. Driver needs a total of 10 blankets to wrap the 3 pieces. The chairs each take 2 blankets and the desk 6 blankets. Flexible pickup.  

Will have help from my team loading in and help loading out.  

The pickup is in a building with an elevator. There is a custodian who can help with getting the desk in your truck. I can help the driver get the desk out of the truck at the destination. Please wrap in furniture padding and ship with nothing sitting on top of it.
