One dresser and one mirror. Pickup location is first floor close by the door. There will be help loading and unloading. Pickup location prefers pickup to be on Thursday. Let me know your availability and I'll ask for another day / time.  

No stairs, will not be able to help load. Located in the garage. No drawers.  

I have not purchased this item yet and only know it is in N Naperville. I am considering purchasing off Facebook Marketplace.  

Will need at least 1 day advance notice to be sure someone is there to for pickup. January 1-4 would be easiest for delivery days.

Dresser will be freshly painted coral at pick up *Economy delivery to ground level residential front door. Pick up at commercial storage facility, outdoor large garage unit. 24 hour notice prior to pickup and delivery. Also, 2 hour notice when in range of pick up and delivery. Pickup and delivery hours 8am to 6pm. Padded Blanket wrap by driver. Please confirm delivery with digital photo at address provided to get funds released immediately.
