2 Person crew for pickup home 1st floor. Drop off at our warehouse dock no steps. We can unload. Seller preferred pickup Thursday or this weekend they're retired and at home alot.

Only the frame needs to be shipped. Easy load from outside at front of garage on driveway. The glass doors and shelves have now been removed and shipped.  

Item is heavy and will require a few strong men.

I want to add that I wasn't sure what to call this piece of furniture. It's somewhere between display cabinet/china hutch/book shelf? It's one piece on the bottom and the top is 3 pieces for easier moving. I don't know what it weighs, I just put in a number. Photo included for reference. Please keep an eye on the weather. Our road is rural and won't be treated for snow, and our driveway is at an incline.  

 

Fragile shipment. There are also 2 mirrors that go in the back above the shelf. They will be shipped along with this cabinet.  

This item will be picked up from a furniture store. The shipper should inspect it and communicate with me (receiver) about the condition of the item. It will shipped to my house and needs to be moved to the second floor.  

Please schedule pickup 24-48 hours in advance.  

Super lightweight, but fragile. Have to be very careful with the corner of the leg. Comes as a one piece with 2 small parts (cupholders) and some bolts. Residential to residential. Timing is key. Please only bid on this shipment if you're heading that way already.  

This shipment is a modular wall-shelf system, meaning, all parts will be disassembled and each will be small and manageable to lift. 2 Glass Door cabinets, 2 Drawer units, one desk top, 4 shelves, 4 vertical steel beams, 2 black bases. Shrink Wrap then blanket please. Customer is not available to receive on Thursday Evenings, and is not available at all on Jan 19th. Help loading and unloading available. Pickup warehouse is by appointment after 10am, but evenings are ok too. Thank you!

The shipment includes 16 moving bags (27'' x 14'' x 15''), 5 luggage bags (2 small, 2 medium, 1 big), one 60x30 computer desk, 1 book shelf, and 2 desktop monitors.
