The legs can be removed making the space needed much smaller. The delivery location has a tight turn onto the driveway requiring a truck 30 feet or less but we can also meet up to take delivery in Scotts Valley.  

FRAGILE, protect glass from damages.  

The coffee table is 200 lbs but the top comes off so it is easier to carry - it is about 55 x 44; the sofa is 77' but it is 37" deep'. some photos appear above, ALSO includes a box that contains the bench seat cushion for the sofa  

Must be professional and have an enclosed trailer or truck for transport. Must be able to handle unloading without additional help (likely require a second person to unload). Fragile, no dents, dings or drops and must be carefully wrapped for transport.

needs to be picked up from an auction house during business hours, top can most likely be unscrewed from base (just asked auction house if they could do that), being delivered to a main floor residence, can help unload.

This table is painted wood/ not stone so it’s is light weight. Pick up is at the auction house . January 3( pick up time 10-4pm), Jan 4 (pick up time 10-2pm)  

 

Table must be picked up on a Tuesday, Thursday or over the weekend!  

Legs will be removed for easier transport
