We are moving mostly clothing and kitchen items, along with household decor (pictures, vases, etc), and are not planning to move any furniture besides 1 chair, at the most). The move, from Pa. to Ore., will be very straightforward, as there is an elevator here and one set of steps ont he opther end. We are attempting to compare using a mailing service such as UPS to a van service--and my vote goes to the van service, if it's comparable in price.  

In addition to items above, there are 2 other framed pictures in picture boxes, and 3 normal sized boxes, packed with some breakable stuff (vases, small lamps, etc.) Total weight is probably 450 lbs  

Except for furniture, I will pack most items myself. Originating building has elevator. The furniture is a large chaise lounge, approximately 6ft long by 3ft wide by 3ft high. There is a large box of papers approximately 3ft long by 2ft wide and an antique brass vase.

I have approximately twelve boxes of personal belongings at my son's that I need to have shipped to me. These boxes contain vases, knickknacks, small appliances, pictures, posters, kitchenware and so forth.

No beds (except 1 full size mattress and 1box springs w/out frame. All other furniture is rattan chairs with removable cushions--stackable, lightweight, and cushions are boxed and listed in boxes section--two small rattan end tables and a vase for a coffee table + one glass top. Most household goods are inboxes wiht a few additional small items unboxed--small wire wheeled cart, 2 medium Ikea wood utility shelves et cetera. All items fit in a 10 x 7.5 standard self-storage unit.

Sm statue is a vase. May only have 1 fish tank, unsure. Plants are real, not arteficial. Boxes may be less than 5 or 6.
