*If you cannot follow the instructions below please do not accept our offer. *Items must be delivered by Nov 1st. To business open 7am to 6pm. Has to be delivered during business hours. Late delivery will result in pay deduction. -Pickup business hours are 11-4:30 M-F. This means items need to be loaded by 4:30. -Pickup location and delivery location need 24 hours notice before arrival. -Pickup is box of chairs, table and bench that tucks fully under. -Signed BOL and POD must be sent to to us for payment release. This means using the EBOL that uShip provides, or the paperwork we provide. Not gathering signatures or pictures may result in delay of payment release. -All items must be blanket wrapped by carrier. We apologies for the detailed instructions. We feel these instructions are standard, but typically not followed. A professional carrier likely already provides all of the above. We do not book with new carriers to the uShip platform. The lack of feedback makes it too risky. We ship 5-10 shipments a week and really enjoy working with repeat carriers.

The table will be separated from the two table pedestals. There will be help loading on our end and help unloading on the delivery end.

I post up items near the date of sale so most listings will have an earliest pickup date, meaning I most likely will not have the item completed and ready for pickup much earlier than the earliest date given. ATTENTION: Professional, timely shipping is a must for our customers, they expect items to arrive in pristine condition. Please do not ask if table legs can come off or anything to be taken apart for any reason on any piece of our furniture, items are to arrive ready-to-use without damage, to our customers in a timely manner, thank you MUCH! I will be at pickup location and can help load if needed.

This item would need to be packed by the shipper, as I'm ordering it from a buyer in California and having it delivered to my residence in NY.

We will have the table top and frame separated upon pickup unless stated otherwise by the driver. We are looking for someone to deliver and re-assemble the table in our customer's home. There will be approx. 24 screws that have been pre-drilled and will need to be drilled in to attach the top to the frame.
