Is that OK? --- The condo is on the ground floor. However there is a short (eight step) flight of stairs that goes right to the parking lot.

We have been shipping our furniture all across the USA for the past couple of decades. I almost always have several items at a time to various parts of the country that need shipped, so please check out my other USHIP listings and see if that helps you any with combined shipping! I post up items near the date of sale so most listings will have an earliest pickup date, meaning I most likely will not have the item completed and ready for pickup much earlier than the earliest date given. ATTENTION: Professional, timely shipping is a must for our customers, they expect items to arrive in pristine condition. Please do not ask if table legs can come off or anything to be taken apart for any reason on any piece of our furniture, items are to arrive ready-to-use without damage, to our customers in a timely manner, thank you MUCH! There are no stairs or steps at the pick-up location. The pickup location contact is an elderly ebay seller who can only be contacted by mail and needs to confirm the specific time at least one day before the pickup. Delivery location contact person can call normally by phone.  

This is a glass top table on a metal frame. The tabletop is not attached and IT IS IN 2 PIECES (thank god). Still heavy but 2 guys can handle it. It's groundfloor pickup with help in FL, and I can help with load out (storage facility). Thank you!  

Wooden coffee table. Delivery/Pick-up date is flexible. It's light, so I'll bring it downstairs--Pick up on ground floor in Brooklyn and can also pass off on ground floor in Denver.

Console Table disassembles into three pieces. Blanket wrap required. Setup in customer's home (no tools required).
