Pickup - Please blanket wrap and take extra care to protect the stone top - Table is stored in a warehouse at ground level - Someone will be able to assist at pickup, if needed - Pickup must be Monday - Friday (8:00am - 2:00pm ET) Delivery - Will take delivery curbside and will be able to assist driver to unload from truck - Delivery must be Monday - Saturday (9:00am - 4:00pm ET)

Picnic table with 2 benches. Table top can taken apart from table base if required to save space during shipment.  

the legs come off, the top is one piece 108". HAS TO BE PICKED UP FROM THE STORE BY FRIDAY NOVEMBER 1st. DELIVERY DATE IS FLEXIBLE  

Will need to remove glass from table and wrap separately ( i can transport glass) Couch is fully modular. I will take apart before you arrive, i put specs for each piece of the modular couch. Property is house with all items on ground floor, destination is condo with unit on second floor. Travel is to Breckenridge (11hrs) before snowfall season (good road conditions). Please let me know any questions! I have small office desk 1.5ft depth, 3ft W, 2.5ft H that id like transported if possible.

*If you cannot follow the instructions below please do not accept our offer. -Shipment is a set Table and two benches -Pickup business hours are 11-4:30 M-F. This means items need to be loaded by 4:30. -Pickup location and delivery location need 24 hours notice before arrival. -Signed BOL and POD must be sent to to us for payment release. This means using the EBOL that uShip provides, or the paperwork we provide. Not gathering signatures or pictures may result in delay of payment release. -All items must be blanket wrapped by carrier. We apologize for the detailed instructions. We feel these instructions are standard, but typically not followed. A professional carrier likely already provides all of the above. We do not book with new carriers to the uShip platform. The lack of feedback makes it too risky. We ship 5-10 shipments a week and really enjoy working with repeat carriers.

Shipment is for 4 deliveries to different homes. The items in the photos is a fair representation of the actual items but the actual items arrive this Monday. The driver needs a total of 12 blankets to wrap all 8 pieces in full. Shipment breakdown: - 2 small side tables to Charleston SC - 1 small sofa to Perry NY - 1 small mirror to Brooklyn NY - 4 pieces to Madison CT I have 2 shipments also going to St Lois MO, 1 shipment to Jackson MS and 1 to Carrollton Tx if interested we can book these separate.  

MUST BE TWO PEOPLE FOR PICKUP AND DELIVERY  

 

Street parking. I will help with loading. Tabletop can be disassembled from the base if needed.
