Table top detaches. This is for a paying customer, so delivery needs to be made during reasonable business hours. No stairs at either end and there will be help loading and unloading at both ends. Thanks  

Please give extra care to the black lacquered portions which can be damaged easily. Extra protection may be necessary.  

 

Must be able to pick up Mon - Fri. The driver will need an enclosed vehicle or trailer to transport this shipment. Driver will need to have at least two helpers to make this delivery, we have help at the shipping end. Driver must have plenty of packing pads, shrink wrap and ratchet straps to secure and protect this shipment. Driver must attach legs at delivery with provided bolts and washers into predrilled inserts (will take maybe 15 minutes). Driver must contact the customer to schedule the delivery day and time.  

 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery 4. In-Home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed. 5. No plants at this time so it's not as narrow as appears, 2-3 steps (short) up into house, no plants now The weights are guesstimates, brand is Henredon. China cabinet is 1 piece. The outside 2 steps are short, owner had small dog. The slider step pic is the "normal" step and the cabinet goes to the left, 4 feet, coffee table anywhere. Easy cornering, no wedging. Thanks  

Business to residence. Slab weighs approximately 115 lbs, base is not attached. The slab must be blanket wrapped well and transported on its side only. First floor delivery only, no stairs.
