Call before you pickup and deliver, if the table is not disassembled then ship it with table top down.

The marble top is heavy but fragile and needs to be carried and transported on its side. Request 2 moving people or one very strong person. The table is in a condo on the 16th floor of an elevator building. The movers would need to move it into the elevator and then out through the lower level of the building to the side parking lot. The delivery entrance is on the side of the building by East River Drive & Pitken Street. Movers- Please park there. The seller will meet you at security downstairs of the building and take you up to the condo. Please stay in contact with the seller before pick-up so she can be by security waiting for you. We work with carriers the best we can to assist them. We ask the carriers respect our business hours which are Monday through Friday 10:45 to 5. This means the carrier needs to be loaded by 5, not arriving at 5. Closed Sat, Sun. We will not meet outside of business hours so please plan accordingly. If trying to accept shipment outside of pickup and delivery dates, please contact us first. Our items ship fully assembled. Items must be blanket wrapped by carrier. We ship a high volume of shipments and love forming new relationships with carriers. We can help load big item if needed. We need proof of delivery to release payment, meaning picture at location image of singed paperwork.

Table top and base are shipped separated for easier moving/loading. Table top is shown with leaf inserted, but leaf will be separate from top, also for easier loading/space considerations. Chairs may be stacked as long as there are ample blankets/cushioning in between. Client has ramp leading into house.  

Please Note: When arriving, please pull up in the Alley in Back of Building  

 

House to house delivery. Very few steps on either side. Antique piece with marble that is removed from the unit for easier transport. Seller is available for the pick up only 2 days this week…after 5 PM tomorrow and after 6 PM on Thursday. Thank you  

 

 

I can ship these via UPS Ground rates two per box for around $65.00 per box x4 boxes/$260.00 total cost. I am posting up to see if there are any offers as I am willing to pay up to $100.00 higher than UPS ground rates, so the customer doesn't have to deal with assembling the chairs. They can be stacked 4-chairs high in two nice, secured stacks and take up very little trailer or van space. I run a full-time rustic farmhouse furniture company called Unique Primtiques. I post up items near the date of sale so most listings will have an earliest pickup date, meaning I most likely will not have the item completed and ready for pickup much earlier than the earliest date given. ATTENTION: Professional, timely shipping is a must for our customers, they expect items to arrive in pristine condition. Please do not ask if table legs can come off or anything to be taken apart for any reason on any piece of our furniture, items are to arrive ready-to-use without damage, to our customers in a timely manner, thank you MUCH! Will fit in long bed pick up. Uship wouldn’t let me enter the number of items. It’s six lounges and six cushions plus table and four chairs. Easy pick up in drive way and drop off is curbside  

 

 

The table to be delivered is packed, just needs to get to its new home! This custom replacement table needs to be installed with 4 bolts provided on site, and the old table removed and discarded.
