Door-Step Delivery! Customer is required to take it in their home and set it up. NOTE: This is a sectional sofa but it's not put together. There will be about 5-7 chairs that get attached to each other to turn into a sectional. Each piece is around 31"w x 32"d x 42"h. No weekend pickups are allowed due to the Amish shop being closed. Allowed pickup dates and times: Monday - Friday from 7am-4pm. Please contact customer 48 hours before doing the delivery.  

Must deliver before August 29th please. Available for pick up starting today 8/20.

IMPORTANT! Job includes moving furniture out of the house in Wrightown into a trailer that we will provide once you are in Wrightown. You will need to bring the furniture from Long Branch to Wrightstown in your own vehicle. We need the following loaded into our trailer once you are in Wrightstown. Everything that was picked up in Long Branch. 2 sofas, 1 TV, weight set, recliner, kitchen table with four chairs, glass coffee table, two outdoor chairs. Before you leave you will take with you (for the dump or you can keep) in your own vehicle: love seat, recliner and couch. Wrightstown is first floor. Long branch is second floor.  

REQUIREMENTS: 1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery 4. In-Home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed. 5. Sofa has 3 pieces which fit in service elevator. Need copy of your COI.  

 

Items are at a Public Storage facility. Items in pictures are similar to storage items, but not exact. Sofa comes in 5 pieces. Facility will have regular business hours, so no 24 hour access because they will need to let you in. They will give you access to the storage unit when you arrive. Delivery contact in Poteet is a truck driver who has limited ability to answer the phone during the day. Leave a message and he will return your call.  

Please include white glove delivery and placement inside destination (Piedmont, CA). Destination is a residence with one level (story) of stairs. The couch (sofa bed) will need to be taken to an upstairs room on arrival.  

Delivery is on a semi-quiet street that is wide enough to make a quick delivery without assigned parking. The apartment is on the first floor/ground level, and I will be there to help arrange and hold doors etc. Would need 2 people to carry the sofa inside.  

There are 3 sections to this sectional: A normal size 3 seat sofa (7ft long) A curved piece (5 ft long at widest points) A loveseat 2 seat section (5 ft long) You can stack the loveseat on top of the sofa to save room Please have an enclosed van or trailer (No flatbeds or open trailers) MUST be picked up in Troy Michigan tomorrow (Monday August 19th) at 2:00 sharp Looking for best price and quickest delivery!
