This is an auction item pickup at Michaan's Auction in Alameda to shrink wrap and blanket wrap to deliver to New Orleans  

Please blanket-wrap sofa. The Mission Motif is open to receive Monday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.  

2 chairs, 1 sofa, 1 table. Can be stacked. There will be help at pickup and delivery.  

 

 

Pickup is available 9 AM to 12 PM ET and 1 PM to 3 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Warehouse is located in the West Humboldt Industrial Park in a shared building with Steelcase. When facing the building, Kaiyo is located on the left side. Please go to the pickup door located next to the ramp and ring bell for assistance. Unfortunately, no public restrooms available at the warehouse. Please plan your visit accordingly.

Just 1 piece sofa, with 2 pillows. Used. Plastic wrapping would be preferred. No stairs or lifts. Ground floor at pickup and delivery locations.

Call before arriving, need to cover and protect fully so it doesn’t get damaged or stained. It can be separated into 2 pieces easily. Thanks!

This shipment requires a Mover's Certificate of Insurance to be issued for 3 parties, in specific coverage amounts (sample document attached with correct coverage amounts - I will provide the names of the covered parties), prior to pickup. This shipment is for pickup, packaging, transport, and delivery of 1 sofa. There is no assistance available at pickup or delivery location. Sofa is located in an apartment with a loading dock and freight elevator. Delivery will be inside a storage facility with main floor access (no elevator required, no stairs required). Pickup location - Bldg days / hours for furniture movers are Mon-Fri between 8:30am-4:30pm and the onsite coordinator must be contacted to give the super 24 hrs prior notice. Preferred pickup schedule is Tu/W/Th 10-12 or 1-3, through the onsite coordinator. Delivery location - please contact me to schedule delivery, so I am able meet you to grant access to the storage unit. Flexible, daily access available during daylight hours with prior notice.
