Hi! This is Sunbeam Vintage. We recently booked a delivery with you. We are a store open 10-5pm daily for pick up. Since this delivery is for a customer of ours we ask that you please keep in close contact with receiver of this delivery to coordinate with their delivery date and time. Close communication with the addressee is very important to us. Thank you in advance.

We are trying to get this sofa (in four pieces) to the client before Christmas. Please provide estimate if able to get to Seattle before Christmas.

We are looking to get a sectional sofa transported. It will be in three boxes, with the following weights and dimensions: 70x41x41 - 110LBS 72x41x41 - 185LBS 72x41x41 - 232LBS Thanks in advance!  

Must be picked up at Bartons Auction, Mon to Fri between 8 am and 4:30 pm. I can help unload at delivery site.  

 

Very narrow road only accessible by van or small box truck. Road conditions are snowy and may require tire chains to access.

Items ARE stackable. Place each one top to top and you can stack them. Call before arrival. Items are plastic wrapped, they only require basic blanket wrap and are good to go. Two sofa items total. Flexible on pickup times including evening, late evening, etc.  

Please bear with me, as this is my first UShip delivery. I have purchased this sectional sofa,from Raymour & Flanigan, on the east coast, but they won't deliver to Chicago. I have been told it will be in the Jamestown store by December 7. I had this listed previously, but my salesman made some kind of error, that prevented the sofa from getting to Jamestown, NY. I think his supervisor is now on top of him, and he says he will update me when the sofa is en route, and when it arrives in Jamestown. The Chicago address is a highrise, with a delivery dock, and I am hoping you will deliver it to the 10th floor. It will be most helpful if you can give me as much notice of delivery date as possible, so I can reserve space for your truck, and the elevator. Not having that information is NOT a deal-breaker. I am flexible with delivery date, and with service fees.

This is new piece of fragile furniture in 3 boxes so it would need to be moved with care. Will need help loading and unloading .
