Customer is agreeable to meeting off of the I -70 and 58 in Golden Colorado to make it easier and get the best possible price. Will provide phone number for you both to coordinate. He picks up a lot of shipments at ABF terminals and can use similar agreeable spot. This is a piece from Z Gallierie. It is a hard plastic resin mold from a tree trunk layered with gold leafing. Weight is a good faith estimate, I'm 62 and can (but barely) pick up and move myself. Easiest for two people, or one strong person.  

 

 

 

This is a mid century sofa that belonged to my grandparents that I was hoping to get to Portland & fix it up. It's an extra long sofa with old upholstery. The weight of 150 lbs is my best guess. I was not able to weigh it.  

They are open Wednesday to Saturday No stairs. Noon to 5 pm  

 

Needs to be treated as "White Glove" of a delivery as possible. Can help load at pickup, but will need 2 people to deliver - the customer cannot assist.  

 

 

 

 

Please read carefully: The pick-up date is FIRM. It's an auction, if the item is not picked up within the delivery window I loss the item. the seller has a time window between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Tuesday 12/19 and Wednesday 12/20. Pick-up is at a residence, there will be no help available in moving the sofa. I am flexible on drop-off time. There is plenty of street parking near me and a ramp toward the elevator. The elevator has an 81-inch H clearance so it should just fit vertically. Let me know if you have other questions, thank you!

Located on ground level, 25' from pickup location. Owner will not be able to assist, but will be there. You can me and drop off at I-75 and Exist 263 in Marietta and I will help unload
