Seat cushion only - to be picked up from Bjork Studio Upholstery Workroom and delivered in residence in Charleston. Pickup and drop off date and time must be discussed prior. I will have to meet at residence to unlock home.  

Deliver box to inside of home first floor foyer. No steps.. .double doors. EASY. The piece of furniture is a white armless sofa piece from a section that is 39 wide, 39 deep and like 35 high. Once packaged, it will be around 45x45x45 give or take. Weighs around ~100 pounds. Furniture in the packing needs to be covered and protected and CANNOT be exposed to the elements. Must be enclosed shipping transport.  

Large sofa: 95" * 36" * 28" Small sofa: 79" * 36 * 28" Ottoman: 40" * 28" * 16" need delivery on Friday,Saturday or Sunday  

I have three wrapped rugs. Approx 9x 12 8x10 and a smaller runner. I have two sets of wrapped pillows that are for a sofa. There will be like 4-5 items to pick up and load depending on how they wrap the pillows. This is at a store and is coming to a residence. Please expect store hours and also to drop off during the day or evening. Thanks. Photos available by text. Too large to load for some reason.  

Residential pick up in Dallas. Delivery in OKC is on 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Park on 6th street to unload.  

 

You will have help loading the furniture.  

 

There is no second person on the receiving end to unload the sofa. My parents are elderly. This will require two people included in the agreement for shipping and pricing.

Couch is collapsed into 5 packages for easy transport. Must call seller 30 minutes prior to pickup.  

Sofa is in the garage for easy pick up. Delivery is up one flight of stairs. Call 30-60 minutes before pick up and delivery.  

No Stairs at pick up, no stairs at drop off. Glass topped so nothing can sit on top of this and sides are cane so must be handled with care

Hi all, I wanted to clarify I moved my furniture from a studio apartment and I need to take it up to sacramento with me to my one bedroom. The apartment is on the 7th floor, however, the drop off location is going to have a elevator to use! The pick up location is only going to be on the first floor. I have included a picture of the stuff I will be taking. Essentially it will be about 6 medium sized boxes, 2 large boxes, a TV, a disassembled bed frame with four wire drawers (no mattress), and a disassembled sofa (the black bags are just all the pillows and cushions for the sofa). Everything is also pretty light. In terms of the job itself, pick up can be done when convenient but drop off must be after 5:30 PM on Friday, January 12, 2024 as that is the time I am set to move in. Nothing before can be accommodated. Must be done by Saturday, January 13, 2024.  

Item must be picked up from an auction house by 1/12 during business hours
