Sofa is currently at a storage facility in Dallas that has a loading dock. Delivery is to residential. Storage facility business hours (for pickup): Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm Central Time  

Please call 30-45 minutes before arrival. Please call 24 hours before delivery  

 

 

 

The sofa needs proper caring  

We are a business WITHOUT regular business hours so pickups and deliveries are by appointment only. We travel a lot but our normal business hours are M-Thurs from 12-4 pm (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY), but we are flexible as to days and times including weekends. Pickups and deliveries must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the day of pickup, AND then 60 minutes notice before actual pickup unless otherwise agreed. For immediate payment upon delivery, we will need you to have our customer call us during the delivery to confirm satisfactory delivery. Otherwise, payment will be released once we confirm delivery with our customer. No payments will be released until the delivery is 100% completed (we've had shippers demand payment before the delivery was made). Dates are usually flexible. By bidding on this item, you agree to these terms. We ship 100's of pieces every year and usually have other shipments going in the same direction so check with us to see if we have anything else going in your direction.  

Item will be picked up at store, brand new and wrapped. Item should dropped off, unloaded and placed in first floor leaving room.

4th floor but you’re able to use the Elevator. dimensions: 1. Fully set up. It is almost 8’ long by 3’ high by 34 inches deep for sofa and 61 inch deep for lounge part. 2. Without cushions, the height is 30” AND taking the legs out shortens by additional 4 inches making the height 26 inches. 3. As Two pieces (with legs): Sofa: 62” L x 30” H x 34” D Lounge: 61” L x 30” H x 33” W

The sofa can separate each piece. Easy to transport.  

Worried about damage as it was expensive sofa and has velvet fabric. Needs to be well cared for during shipping, and have nothing placed on top or risk hurting it.  

This is a new sofa that needs to be returned . Must be shrink wrapped and then blanket wrapped and returned during business hours- 10am - 5pm - Monday - Saturday. There are no stairs on the shipping end. I am unsure of stairs at the business receiving the sofa.

Hi! I am looking for assistance in picking up a sofa in Burnsville, MN and deliver to my home in Alexandria, VA. Delivery date/time is extremely flexible, however I'm hoping to have the sofa picked up from the seller within a few days. The sofa is in a garage and you can back into the driveway for easy pick up. I'd ask for the sofa to be quickly inspected to ensure there is no damage, stains, smells, issues, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. Thank you!
