Apartment building. Will need assistance moving the heavy sofas.  

Pick up from store front on ground level, with doors leading directly out to sidewalk/ loading area. No dock. Help on site. Needing blanket wrap. The armless sofa and laminate console are going to 98115 and the pair of chairs are going to 98332.  

 

this is an auction purchase, pickup is at the auction house loading dock & delivery is to a 1 story residence.  

Pickup from wright auction, deliver to ground floor commercial building.  

May have too unbolt sofa to get sections apart.  

 

 

There are 5 pieces total. Stackable to reduce space. Pieces aren’t heavy

This would be white glove service from pick up in home to delivery in home. There are also two flights of stairs at delivery location.  

 

Pick up from the Dallas design district by appointment delivered to first story apartment  

Listing is for4 different shipments. Driver needs a total of 16 blankets to wrap all 10 pieces in full. Flexible pickup and delivery. Please note the warehouse will NOT release these 10 pieces unless you bring 16 blankets. Shipping breakdown: - 7 small pieces to Lafayette NY(3 very small side tables, 2 coffee tables, 1 small painting and 1 mirror. - 1 small sofa approx. 55" long x 35" tall t0 New Hampshire - 1 mirror 64" tall to Boca Raton FL - 1 small bench to Windermere, FL  

 

There are 10 items that need to be blanket wrapped and then the boxes. All located in a senior living facility. The move is to an apartment bldg in Brooklyn, NY We are removing the sofa bed from the inventory list.  

Sofa, see picture. Must be blanket wrapped for transport. Mover to supply blankets. Pick Up location has only one step at front door, see picture. No stairs at destination, just up the driveway into the garage, see picture. There is no lifting or moving assistance at sending location nor at delivery location.  

Items can be stacked. I’ll have them plastic and blanket wrapped and will help you load. Easy pickup!  

Please bring inside the house, with 7 stairs. Assembly of sofa is needed. It is a very simple process, with a few bolts in each corner, which are included.  

Note: Business hours are from 10-4 pm Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and there is no guarantee we can meet you after weekends. There will be assistance on the loading side and potentially on the unloading side. Happy to answer any questions you may have. We ship multiple items a week, sometimes a day so there is a chance if you work well with us that we can offer you more consistent work.
