The chairs can be stacked. The rug will be rolled up. blanket wrap is totally fine. The warehouse has a loading dock that can be used or they can just be carried in. We will meet you there. Thank you!

1. ACCESS - the front door is accessible from the porch. 4 - 6 steps up to the porch. 2. NO STAIRS - coffee table and rug located on the first floor.  

8 Boxes all around 24x23x19. Couple may be a little smaller. 3 Picture boxes that measure approx 36x30x8 maybe a little smaller also. 1 rolled up area rug that is approx 6 ft long. Cannot be folded. Must be laid down straight.

This was an auction item must be picked up with two smaller rugs 12/17 between 8 am and 4 pm.  

Drive down a long driveway to our home, our house is the one with a solar panel on the north side of our basketball hoop.  

12ft x 14ft oriental rug. Can be rolled up or folded into a square.  

There is a small leather settee, 10 vintage chairs and 7 rolled up rugs in this order. I couldn't add it all on the quote. Location for pickup is easily accessible, as is the delivery location, with a box truck.

Dimensions I gave are of the rug when laying flat. It can be rolled into a much smaller dimension. Sneakers in the image for scale. Weight is approximate.  

Bring a wrapped rug into the house.  

Feet can be removed. Rug will be rolled up.  

There are also 5 rugs and some wall hangings that need to ship

***The shipment is actually for a number of boxes of items like lighting fixtures, wallpaper, rugs, etc. It is NOT for the noted sectional, but the dimensions of all the boxes together are approx 120"x48"x48"...I will have all the boxes taped up and secured for transportation. There are approximately 20 boxes that range from medium to large.  

The rug is currently rolled up but I am unsure if it is rolled up on the 8 foot side. It may need to be re-rolled up.
