Both chair and ottoman need separately blanket wrapped. Ottoman can be stacked onto rocking chair for transportation. Pickup is easy access residential. Delivery is at a residential brownstone (see photos) on a one-way street with one small set of stairs. Please contact for any questions.

THESE ARE ITEMS THAT MY MOM WANTED ME TO HAVE AFTER HER PASSING. 1 ROCKING CHAIR...1 DINING CHAIR...1 SMALL CHEST, THE SIZE OF A NIGHTSTAND....2 LARGE HOME DEPOT PACKING BOXES...8 SMALLER FILE BOXES. THE 2 CASES AT THE END OF THE BOXES & SCREEN ON TOP ARE NOT SHIPPING.  

 

 

Corner Closet comes apart into two pieces; it will be emptied; rocking chair is smaller than ladderback chair. Size of China cabinet is based in measurements, weight is estimate. For chairs, height and weight are estimate as I won't be there until Sunday. Tried to go high on the size weight estimates.  

All items are blanket and plastic wrapped before pickup. Please have blankets to trade out for those used. We use professional moving blankets. They are 72" x 80", similar to those that you find at Harbor Freight. If you don't have blankets you are welcome to buy ours for $8 each. We are always happy to help load. In addition to the pictured furniture items, I will have a few packed moving boxes. I estimate that it will not be more than 10, more likely less. Will not have the exact number until next week, either July 2nd or 3rd. For delivery - the rocking chair goes to one location, and the desk & chair to another. They are within 5 minutes driving distance.
