Small manual (no motors) cloth recliner. Dimensions and weight are estimates. Delivery and pickup are from residences - 1st floor. It's not an heirloom, priceless, or pristine - it was my dad's recliner.

This is pretty heavy because of the reclining mechanism and weighted base  

Pretty much miscellaneous items that didn't fit in rented uhaul truck. Other than the 2 piece sofa recliner, shouldn't take up too much room. Also 2 tvs not shown that are 50 inch flat screen. There are no stairs involved on either end.  

This chair will be assembled and need to be brought into the home.  

 

 

 

These recliners are unheavy duty rollers easily to be loaded I prefer to have a enclosed trailer or Van  

 

 

 

ALL ITEMS WILL BE IN 1 STORAGE UNIT READY TO LOAD. DELIVERY WILL BE UNLOADED INTO A 2 CAR GARAGE. ALL EASY ACCESS. Roughly 60 medium uhaul boxes, 1 queen bed, 2 night stands, 1 dresser, 1 bar b que, 2 recliner chairs, 4 gray totes, 1 floor jack and random loose stuff pictured in storage unit. Storage unit is 10’x10’ for reference.  

Not everything is in the photos. Very large recliner+ large table with big screen TV. Looks to be 360 cubic feet.  

 

Delivering to condo but must contact management office to get in. Can only deliver Monday through Friday 8:30 until 4:30 each day  

This move is from a first floor assisted living facility (move via side door close to parking lot) to a 3rd floor assisted living facility (move via side door entrance 25 ft to elevator and 20 ft. to Unit from elevator) Pickup and Delivery will need to start during business hours 9 am to 5 pm.

Both items to be moved from residential room in 53581 to residential room in 76086. Back detaches in large chair - first photo Item 1 in 53581 is first floor (2-3) steps to garage (heavy chair w removeable back) Item 2 in 53581 is basement level with straight stairs to garage Items 1,2 in 76086 go to first floor with 2-3 steps into house from garage I expect shipper to secure and cover/protect items during transportation. No loose items - all cords, arm covers, headrest covers and removeable pillows will be shipped separately from this request.
