*Please Note* Shipper will need to be able to load the sectional.Sectional will break down into 3 separate pieces (2 couches and 1 wedge). Loading help is unavailable at pickup point so please do not bid if this is an issue. Thank yoj! Drop off is residence in Olive Branch, MS. Unloading help is not mecessary but would be greatly appreciated. Will only need to be dropped off in driveway. No entry into house is necessary. Thank you!

In home delivery, 7 steps on front porch.  

European recliner is sleek and not bulky like American furniture. Need a gate code to get in and I will have to be here to give access to the garage where it is stored.  

The sectional comes apart in 4 pieces. The two ends are chaise lounges and the middle pieces are recliners. Requesting assistance taking apart and loading and dropping off and putting back together.  

Item is a blue “Arlen” recliner. Pick up at Mitchell Gold-Bob Williams at The Asheville Outlets. Loading dock is behind the store, next to Crate and Barrel. Delivery to Atlantic East, Unit 220. Will need access code to enter - will be provided.  

 

Ottoman can be placed upside down on chair seat during transit to conserve space.

Ottoman fits in seat to ship as one unit. Armrests will be removed and packed on seat. Have 2 bolts each to attach when delivered. Recliner can be locked upright or any angle for easy packing. Base swivels.  

 

pickup and delivery is on 1st floor. Recliner weighs 50-75 pounds  

This delivery consists of two sofas and two recliners. This will require white glove installation and set up in the customers home. The sofas are modular, 3 separate seats for each sofa. There is also a battery pack that will need to be plugged into the sofa.  

 

 

Delivery is to first floor of free-standing home that is part of The Baptist Home retirement complex, just off Highway 63 South. The Baptist Home address for google map purposes is 5751 Baptist Home Ave, Ashland MO 65010. The exact home for delivery is 5845-B Legacy Lane.  

Ottoman can be stacked upside-down on recliner's seat during transport. I will bring the chair out to the driveway for very EZ pickup.

This is the return trip - so it’s a round trip of picking up and dropping off total of 3 items stereo and recliner goes to Garland - hall table with mirror and cedar closet goes back to Royse city boom we done!
