Pick-ups are located at 100 N Water Street, Norwalk CT in the Parking Garage on level P3 at the back door of LA Home (Lillian August) near the Nordstrom side of the mall. Important Note: If your vehicle if larger than the maximum height of 7’2” you MUST park at the Loading Dock. Please notify us if you are coming with a vehicle Higher than 7’2” for instructions. The entrance to the Loading Dock is off of N Water Street. Follow the signage and it will bring you around the side of the building parallel to I-95. You will be greeted by one of our staff for further instructions.
