This is a full inventory of items all packed in storage unit. Furniture will need to be wrapped in moving blankets. Accepting quotes that include moving items into apartment in New York Only. When arrive in Troy - are you need to go up one straight flight of stairs. You will also need to remove two small loveseats and put them in the dumpster.  

 

Very light weight, one person can move it. Pickup and drop off at single family homes with plenty of parking for truck and trailer. I have already bagged the loose cushions.  

Only accept with dates to pick up and deliver  

Sleeper loveseat. Broken down into 6pcs plus 4 cushions All blanket wrapped. 1 piece is 55x30x 12" and weighs about 100lbs The others are about 15-30 lbs each. Can help with load and unload Thanks!  

It will need to be wrapped because there is no packaging around it  

Furniture is disassembled and ready. Need blanket covers for protection. Delicate leather with LED lights  

 

 

 

Sofa and loveseat are on a first floor and will be delivered to the livingroom of a first floor apartment with no steps. Pickup times are after 6pm on Sept 5 or 7, or anytime Sept 6 or 8. Please reply with days/times available. Also MUST have 2 strong men as these are heavier than average and must be moved without damage. I cannot assist due to recent surgery. It's a 23 min drive from pick up to delivery address.  

 

Pickup is at a commercial loading dock with 24/7 access upon request. Delivery is to a residential address, but no flight or stair carry upon at delivery is required. Delivery only to the threshold, first floor, or garage. Thank you!
