Couch & Love seat (recliner versions). Couch 96" x 42" x "38. Loveseat 69" x "42" x "38. Unsure on exact weights. Going from moms in Palm Coast, Fl (32137) or my house in Ham Lake, MN (55304). She will need help loading out from 1 level home. In Ham Lake its up stairs, or if makes cheaper, can be driveway dropoff and I'll take care of getting upstairs. Both are in great condition. The dates listed are general, there is no tight time schedule except to coordinate p/u with her schedule and dropoff within mine.

The loveseat is shown in photos has a separate back cushion...also shown. The bookcases are the dark wood items in the last picture. All are located in a storage locker. I will meet you at locker. items are located at front of locker area with easy access.  

 

 

I am making estimates on the weights. The loveseat is vintage with a wood frame. The ladder is also vintage wood and tall but otherwise just an ordinary ladder.  

Sofa is brand new; however unwrapped so special care must be taken.  

Hi, this is at the Habitat for Humanity Re-sale shop, they usually do not hold items, but agreed to hold it for me but the date we arranged to get it out is October 9th. Less than a 5 mile drive. From their loading dock to a street level, wide garage, Thanks!  

call before delivery, loveseat plus on one light kitchen chair. Must be brought up a flight if stairs  

Pick-up location has stairs. Drop-off location has elevator. Only deliver between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday at Florida location.  

Elevator from ground floor to apartment. Pieces sit on 2nd fl- need to walk up one full set of stairs to reach pieces. Should be no issues with width/fitting pieces down steps. Pick up and delivery dates flexible but pick up starting from Sept. 23. Sizes/weight is approximate as I couldn't measure.
