Weight is an approximation based on listings for similar couches. Will work out pickup and delivery times based on both our schedules. Please note, no one is available to help load, please be prepared to load the couch on your own.  

Pickup location in Mesa, AZ, has stairs but seller will bring to street level upon pickup - load will be from front door. Delivery address is a hotel address in Bloomington.
