The storage unit in Jessup, MD will prepare the items at the curb, you load them and drive them to Miami. In FL I will meet the truck and unload it myself. There are 31 items totaling 221 cubic feet. Everything is packed ready for loading. Note that weights are approximate. Dates are flexible. Both pickup and delivery locations are residential. Furniture will be on ground level at pickup location. At delivery location, furniture will need to be delivered up one flight of stairs. If possible, we would like delivery personnel to move current couch and loveseat downstairs at delivery location.  

Use the left side of the building and park by the loading dock. You will see a red dumpster. We are in the same building as bella patina.

This is a sleeper loveseat. Very heavy. Definitely a two person job. 1/2 flight stairs
