This loveseat is a sleeper sofa so it is VERY heavy but you will not need to go up or down any stairs  

 

Pickup location has 24/7 secure loading dock access with assistance available upon request. Delivery destination to residential address with no stair carry required. Delivery to threshold/garage/first floor only.  

The loveseat can be delivered earlier, before March 24. The family won’t be available March 24- April 3.

One loveseat reclines and may need to disassembled on first floor, and assembled in basement. This move is all in one house  

leather upholstery, needs to be carefully wrapped/covered. I will be out of town from March 15-18 so needs to be delivered before then.  

 

Please pick up either anytime Tuesday or after 12:00pm on Wednesday. (Leather loveseat-please cover with blankets to avoid leather damage during transport)
