Delivery address cannot accommodate a tractor trailer - streets are narrow. 3 steps down from the street to delivery address home. Desk needs to go upstairs which is approx 13 steps. Loveseat can stay on the 1st floor.  

 

There are 3 sections to this sectional: A normal size 3 seat sofa (7ft long) A curved piece (5 ft long at widest points) A loveseat 2 seat section (5 ft long) You can stack the loveseat on top of the sofa to save room Please have an enclosed van or trailer (No flatbeds or open trailers) MUST be picked up in Troy Michigan tomorrow (Monday August 19th) at 2:00 sharp Looking for best price and quickest delivery! CALL BEFORE YOU ARRIVE this is a two person love seat and generally weight is around 50 to 100 lbs. Since I was unable to weigh it I put 95 lbs as a quess. Note I am 84 and able to pick it up

Sofa is 90x40x46h, Love is 68x40x46h, Box is 58x23x8. Dimensions are for all pieces together. Sofa and Love need to sit horizontally and can not ride vertically or stacked.  

This item will be boxed, but needs to be carefully moved as it is an expensive item being sold across country.

Hi! The pickup will need to be strictly after 4:30pm, but delivery can be at any time. This is an item I’m purchasing via Facebook Marketplace, and I’ll need the shipper to notify me once they arrive at the pickup location so that I can release a payment to the seller. Picture is of the exact same loveseat, but the actual loveseat is darker. Thank you! :)
