Small and very light loveseat. All cushions are removeable for very easy transport. EZ pick-up right from my driveway. NO STAIRS.  

I want to buy this from Marketplace and have it delivered to Tropical Shipping, Medley, Miami 33178. It can be delivered at ANY time, there is no rush.  

 

Unboxed leather sofa and loveseat going to residential home.  

 

The loveseat is already boxed and protected. Dates are negotiable.  

These items are in a storage unit, all wrapped and ready for transport. The facility will help to access the items and load if needed.  

Please call prior to pickup to ensure the person at the pickup location is at home. Please call 1h before delivery to ensure that the person on the drop-off location is at a workshop. The item that you will be transporting is going to the workshop for repairs and need to be handled with care as it is a handcrafted loveseat. Person at the pickup location is a pregnant woman and she will not be helping with loading the item in the van/truck. All the other information will be provided to you once you have been selected for the delivery job.  

The furniture is already bubble-wrapped. You will have assistance both loading and unloading.  

Sofa is leather, needs to be in covered or enclosed bed of a truck, or a waterproof covering. will be delivered 2nd floor apartment has elevator, elevator is outside, by parking lot. person can help with delivery Recliner chair is a lift chair but not heavy. Also needs to be either in a waterproof covering or covered bed of truck.
