I would like the loveseat to get picked up ASAP, however its arrival time in Colorado isn't as important, so if it works in conjunction with a scheduled drop off or drop off along the route to CO, I am willing to be patient re: delivery.

One very wide outdoor flight of stairs at pick-up. Ground floor at drop-off. No narrow hallways or doorways anywhere.  

The furniture is already bubble-wrapped and boxed. It can be stacked on top of one another. You will have assistance both loading and unloading.

10x15x9 storage unit filled to capacity. These items are in a storage unit with 24-7 access. There is a digital code lock. Delivery is to an apt building with easy ground level load in to padded elevator. Unit is on 3rd floor. Elevator will be blocked for moving with enough notice. There are no move ins on Saturday or Sunday at this address. Also the move-in time can only be from 9 AM to 5 PM. All items are pictured. Delivery date is flexible in either direction. Pickup is at Arhaus the loft furniture store. They will have furniture ready at truck dock. Store Hours: Friday 10AM–6PM Saturday 10AM–6PM Sunday 12–6PM Monday (Labor Day) 10AM–6PM Hours might differ Tuesday Closed Wednesday Closed Thursday 10AM–6PM Delivery is to residential house. Chair and bookshelf to be carried into first floor room (no stiars). Loveseat to be carried into second floor bedroom (1 set of stairs). Looking to also have an existing loveseat carried down to first floor. Delivery will need to be on a weekday before 3:00 PM
