Cheap Grandfather Clock Shipping Services

1 flight of steps to pick it up but not to deliver. Guessing on weight. Doubt it's more than that.  

 

 

1 grandfather clock (item 1) needs white glove wrapping by mover and lays flat, not upright, for delivery with nothing on top of it 5 cardboard cartons containing fragile items 1 wooden trunk with contents, requires blanket wrap by mover  

 

 

Already wrapped and ready to go. It's in a storage unit that needs to be out of there asap. It has the inside parts(you can see in pic) on the outside. This clock has been in the family for years and is priceless to the family. We do need notice before pickup to make sure someone will be there to unlock unit.  

Grandfather clock is 6'6" and would need to be strapped to a wall or secured. Boxes and bins stackable on top of furniture. Household furniture currently located in a townhome in Centreville, VA. We are moving to a two bedroom apartment in Manassas, VA. We will also need to store a washer/dryer and patio set in storage. The mileage from our present location to the new apartment is 7.3 miles. The mileage from our new apartment to the storage facility is .6 miles. Total moving miles is about 8 miles. With the exception of the furniture, everything will be pre-packed. There’s a third entrance to the house from the rear that and can be used to move the twin bed, dressers, plastic storage containers and washer/dryer. 1 Glass coffee table (has 3 round glass pieces), 1 full size bed (no head board). It’s a Sleep Number so it deflates. 1 armoire, 1 desk, 1 twin bed w/headboard, 1 dresser w/mirror, 1 tall chest, 1 small chest, 3 upholstered chairs, 2 ottomans, 1 grandfather clock, 1 washer/dryer, 1 gas grill (no propane). 1 patio set (4 chairs), 1 bike, 3 barstools, 6 large plastic containers (misc items). 8 shipping boxes (packed with clothing, kitchen items, glassware, dishes, books). 2 dividers, 1 foot locker, 1 speaker stand, 1 white storage cabinet, 1 sofa table, 3 floor lamps, wall hangings, rugs  

This shipment consists of 3 chairs (upholstered) living room chairs, one small (4ft long) settee, small marble top coffee table and a 6ft tall grandfather clock  

Clock will need to be dismantled and packed before shipping. There will also be a couple of small boxes.

Need experienced Piano and grandfather clock movers, White Glove pickup and delivery. Box 55 inch Flat Screen TV, Glass Top and Shelve TV Stand and a Sofa Table. This will also include a Thomas Kincaid paint approx 50 inched in orginal carton. A few boxes will be included ie DVD Player, Blue Ray etc. I will need white glove service to pack piano and clock on both ends

I have inherited this clock and don't want to impose on the person who presently has it. Do you have the ability to get it ready for shipping or can you make recommendations?  

 

Item is part of an estate and is in a storage unit with other estate items. Will need to coordinate access with owner of unit and may need to move other items (maybe a couch or chairs) to reach the clock
