Cheap Folding Table Shipping Services

trunk is loaded with bed linens and two table lamps. there is also a plastic folding table to be added to this shipment.  

I have Queen mattress and box spring - Wrapped in comforters and packed in Mattress boxes already. I have a folding table and 4 chairs and vaccum cleaner - These are not packed. I have 4 medium sized boxes of other household items.  

Moving from 2nd floor loft in downtown Nashville with elevator to first floor apartment in downtown Fort Worth. Movers access both these addresses frequently. In a nut shell I have 3 seat sofa, 2 seat sofa, bookcase, 2 folding tables, large trunk, motorcycle (all in pictures) and about 10 moving boxes and foot lockers packed with wall art, movies, kitchen items, personal records, clothing and personal items.  

I'm looking to move a bed and a circular papasan chair. If the price is right, I would also move a folding table, 3ft x 3ft x .5ft.

I also have a small 3 drawer dresser, a one piece wall unit entertainment center 5ft, a kitchen island, a birdcage w/ stand, a queen box spring & mattress, an armoire 5.5ft, microwave cart, bed rail, wicker rack 5ft x 2ft, folding table 5ft, folding chair, 2 shelf bookcase and 10 large boxes. I will have helpers on both ends to load & unload.  

I am flexible with pick-up date, as long as it's on or before Sunday, 3/5. Needs to arrive in Providence by 3/21. Driver may pick up in NC and hold in truck/storage until drive and/or drop off in RI early and hold in truck/storage - also may make several trips. MUST be picked up this week though, as I'm leaving the area - delivery date in RI is completely flexible. Mattress/box spring MUST be moved; all else is negotiable. Will need 2 men and dolly to pick up items in 3rd floor ap't. 2-3 pads/blankets needed to wrap around table & chairs. I need to ship a baby bassinet, a folding table, a mirror box, and 3-5 medium sized boxes. All the items will be boxed.

Additional item: folded table pad 36" x 16" x 3" thick - weight is 23 lb. 2nd photo shows side view of two halves of table top. Bottom photo shows steel bars and legs on top of chairs. This is fine furniture that must be properly handled and padded in shipment to avoid scratching or any damage to surfaces. Top pieces are solid and may be stackable with other items if properly protected from sliding, scratching, etc.

The pick up is at an apartment complex and all that is being shipped will be in a garage so there would be no stairs at the pick up and the drop off is a residential neighborhood and the only thing that I would really need help carrying up to the second floor is the dresser, I would be able to move the rest.
