This is an Apartment building within a retail business with a loading dock and a freight elevator to apartment.  

 

 

Very flexible on dates.  

 

 

Owner is driving separate.  

 

 

 

Assistance at time of pickup is available at dock. Threshold delivery requested by end user at time of delivery.

Living Room (Couch, Love Seat, 3 End Tables, Coffee Table, Entertainment Center), Small dining room set w/4 chairs, Antique China Cabinet, Cedar Chest, Book Case, and Bedroom set w/King Bed, Chest of Drawers, dresser w/mirror and 2 End tables and 8' ladder.  

 

 

 

 

You are only moving our queen bed a toddler bed an entertainment center, a few boxes, a computer chair, a shoe rack & maybe a 55" TV

Pictures show it's a little messy. The main things that are going are my two TV's my bed and frame My entertainment stand, desk, chairs, Microwave not going unsure if I want couch to go. Washer and dryer are staying along with dishwasher and other household appliances. My place is generally more tidy. The car tires are not going. I would like to know if I pack my belongings or you pack them at an additional cost? I do have renters insurance. The stairs are very easy and open to go up and down and there is a huge spot for loading and unloading. Not a whole lot of pots and pans. Food is not going. Cabinets are relatively empty. It's a 500ish sq ft condo. The entertainment center is just one of the cheap ones from amazon I put together so it's not to sturdy. No gun's, drugs or anything illegal or hazardous to move. The fragile items are my glass dishes and that's about it.
