The front desk will let you up to my floor and the furniture piece will be waiting outside the door.  

The dresser will be shrink wrapped, but still needs protection for transport. ***at delivery, the dresser needs to be carried up one straight flight of stairs, 12 steps. To the receivers apartment.

Legs come off so 16" tall if need be. Driver must carry cargo insurance and assume lability from pick up to drop off. Send photos of item in place (with legs on) at drop off location and receive signed BOL. Customer will help carry up one flight of stairs at drop off location. No brokers please. Must have good feedback. No new providers. Please let me know what day you intend to pick up and drop off when you accept offer.
